If you are looking to get fit, have some fun and meet a great group of like minded folks, this is the group for you. Using bodyweight exercises, cardio drills and various light equipment, you'll get in the best shape of your life. We meet tuesday, thursday and saturday mornings at 8:00am, at the Howe St. beach entrance in Bay Head. Now that cooler temperatures are here, dress appropriately in layers, bring water and towel. Classes last 60 miniutes. All fitness levels welcomed.
